Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and am excited to be working at Cast Counseling Services. I enjoy working in the areas of individual, couples and family counseling. I specialize in working with children of all ages and have a lot of experience in Foster Care, Adoption and Parent Coaching.

It brings me great joy to see healing and restoration within families and I am honored to be a part of the journey to improved mental health. As the parent of two children, I understand from the frontlines how difficult parenting can be at times. As a therapist, I enjoy walking with parents through the struggles of difficult situations and providing support, as well as, sharing practical parenting tools that will be helpful and make things easier at home.

I also enjoy providing pre-marital and marital relationship counseling and often utilize the “Prepare and Enrich” program. This program provides insightful information for couples to recognize their strengths and weaknesses and has been very helpful to many. Marriage is never easy and is often neglected, I would love to help you strengthen your marital relationship or give you some assistance as you prepare for marriage.
